Every couple gets my “4 Cs”…
Calon | Heart - A celebrant who listens and cares deeply and champions your story
Cwtch | Hug - A ceremony that reflects you and envelopes your guests in from the start
Cynhesrwydd | Warmth - warm, confident guidance from our first chat to the big I Dos
Cyffro | Excitement - Joyful, inclusive - and an unapologetically fabulous energy!
Handfasting is an ancient Celtic-inspired ritual in which a couple's hands are bound with cords, ribbons or fabric — symbolising the joining together of two lives.
The tradition of clymu'r cwlwm- "tying the knot" - is where the familiar phrase is thought to originate.
Handfasting can be traced back to a time when promises were spoken and witnessed through symbolic acts rather than formal paperwork. It was a powerful public declaration — it was, of course, a time when a handshake constituted a formal contract!
I'm specially trained in handfasting - and I bring all my Queen of Hearts flair to it - ask me about including it in your ceremony!
CYHOEDDI | Announce— Need an MC too?
Want some Queen of Hearts energy guiding your whole day, not just your ceremony? I also offer Master of Ceremonies services — keeping your wedding day flowing smoothly, your guests in the loop, and the room exactly as warm and fabulous as it should be.
It works alongside your ceremony - I simply switch from celebrant mode to MC mode once your ceremony is over and stay with you through to the final announcements.
As your MC, I'll take care of:
Announcements throughout the day - what's happening next and where to go
Helping your photographer coordinate group photos
Introducing the two of you for the first time!
Introducing your speeches and providing the link
Liaison with other suppliers to keep the day flowing smoothly
Reading the room — icebreakers, games or whatever keeps the energy going
Anything else vibe-wise that matches what you're after!
(Also available for other events and celebrations!)
“Working with Elin is like getting a warm hug. She is friendly and attentive, taking on board everything you say to create a ceremony that is truly wonderful. When she performs she speaks clearly and is extremely engaging. I would absolutely recommend booking Elin.”
